Just need to say that I'm so very happy, excited and terrified...all in the same time!
Forgive me about my not perfect English, but I'm learning the language as well. Not at class, but in real life.
For those who doesn't know me yet, I'm an Import Analyst, Irish dancer and teacher for more than 8 years, mother and wife and not less than one year and a half ago I've started knowing, searching and falling in love with Highland Dancing.
It wasn't easy at the first and it's not easy yet, but being involved with it has brightened my heart and renewed my energies.
It's amazing learning a whole different world of technique, steps, culture, history and people.
For all this and too much more I've decided to take my first Highland Dance Exam this year in Scotland!
Being very sincere, I think about giving up every single day, and every single day I give up about giving up!
The reason?
I'm rounded by amazing people who believe in my work and in myself much more than I...
For these people I'll not give up easily. God help me.
Here...I'll share with you my routine to be ready for the exam and for my trip in the beginning of March. I'm used to write since I know myself, but to share my thoughts and experiences with you all will be another challenge, but a very god way to inspire people who gave up to dream with something totally new.

Preciso dizer que eu estou absolutamente feliz, ansiosa e apavorada...tudo ao mesmo tempo!
Para aqueles que não me conhecem, sou Analista de Importação, professora de Dança Irlandesa por mais de 8 anos, mãe, esposa e há menos de um ano atrás, comecei a conhecer, pesquisar e a me apaixonar pela Dança Escocesa.
Não foi fácil no começo e ainda não está sendo fácil, mas estar envolvida com isso me alegrou o coração e me deu fôlego novo.
É muito incrível ter a oportunidade de conhecer um mundo novo de técnica, passos de dança, de cultura, de história e de pessoas.
Por tudo isso e por muito mais, eu decidi tentar meu primeiro exame de Dança Escocesa esse ano, na Escócia.
Sendo muito sincera, eu penso em desistir todos os dias e, todos os dias eu desisto de desistir.
A razão?
Estou cercada de pessoas maravilhosas que acreditam no meu trabalho e em mim, muito mais mais do que eu mesma...
Por essas pessoas eu não desistirei tão fácil. Que Deus me ajude.
Aqui...dividirei com vocês a minha rotina de preparação para o exame e para viagem à Escócia no início de Março.
Estou acostumada a escrever desde que me conheço por gente, mas dividir meus pensamentos e experiências com vocês será um outro desafio, mas um jeito muito legal de inspirar as pessoas que já desistiram de sonhar com algo totalmente novo.
